What kind of results can I expect from The Little Black Dress Project?

Before starting the LBD program, I had previously completed a 6-week challenge upon signing up with FitBodyBootCamp. I took a leap of faith in starting the program and the return on investment was greater than I imagined. Being a program for women only, it offered the community of supportive women encouraging each other towards the same goals of weight loss and becoming stronger, overcoming the mental and physical challenges, and choosing to become the better version of ourselves.

I became a member of FBBC the summer of 2018, completing my first LBD that Fall. It couldn’t have come in better timing.
